DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS ON THE TOP NOSH MENU SELECTION LIST

Sandwiches are served on both white and whole meal, and we can offer a full selection from our fillings or you can choose from our list.

Wraps are filled with salad, minty lamb, chicken tikka, pulled bbq pork, Chinese chicken, chilli beef, ham, wholegrain mustard, turkey, cranberry and brie. We cut into two bite size wraps.

Canapés (serve 9 per person) selection can be discussed as so many options available.

Oriental Selection – Duck spring rolls, sweet ‘n sour parcels, Thai style fish cakes, chicken and black bean.

Indian Selection – Chicken Tikka Bhaji, Potato & onion fritters, Vegetable Dhal Samosa, Chicken Korma.

Assorted Mini Frattata – Salmon & Dill, Cauliflower & broccoli, Goats cheese, Tomato & Basil, cheese, onion & bacon, mushroom, garlic & parsley, sundried tomato with red Leicester.

Pizza Tarts – Short crust pastry shell with pizza filling of your choice.

Filo Tarts – Layers of filo filled with mango & feta, caramelized onion & feta. Thai prawns, sweet chilli chicken.

Homemade Quiche – Broccoli, Lorraine, Mushroom & Watercress, Cherry tomato & basil, Courgette with red peppers, Spinach red Leicester and sun dried tomato or three cheeses.

Chicken Breast Skewers – Selection of Marinated chicken breast on wooden skewers.

Cold Meat Platter – Choose from Roast Beef, Pork Loin, Turkey, Honey Roast Ham; all will be served with appropriate garnish and accompaniments.

Mini Crostini – A thin slice of crusty French bread topped with a pate of beef and grilled cheese glaze.

Salmon Side – Half a Salmon boned and skinned, poached and decorated with rocket and king prawns.

Mini Yorkie – Tiny homemade Yorkshire puds topped with a selection of mustards and horseradish and sliced Roast Beef.

Tempura Torpedo Prawns – King prawns in crispy tempura batter.

Selection of Cheeses, Crackers, Chutney, Grapes, Celery.

FOR A SUCCESSFUL BUFFET, KEEP IT SIMPLE, WITH ONE OR TWO CENTREPIECES SUCH AS COLD MEATS PLATTER, SALMON SIDE, CHICKEN SKEWERS, AND ADD COLOURFUL SALADS.

Or choose wisely if you prefer a finger buffet (limited seating).

All our options come ready to serve on disposable plates, or crockery or platters / slates.

Crockery is available on loan or you may prefer disposable plates.

Everyone remembers the last item they eat so remember homemade cakes and desserts can be added to your menu.

Strawberry and Raspberry Eton Mess – any amount of portions served in glass bowls to suit.

Pavlova – filled with fresh cream toffee and chocolate or fruits of your choice
(8 portions).

Meringue Roulade – filled with fresh cream lemon and lime or passion fruit
(8 portions).

Mocha Roulade – filled with whipped cream / Oranges or Raspberries topped with chocolate curls (8 portions).

Bakewell Tart – toasted Almonds or topped icing (12 Portions).

Lemon Meringue Pie – biscuit or pastry base (8 Portions).

Citrus Flan – a tangy creamy filling over a ginger biscuit base (12 portions).

Stack of Profiteroles  with chocolate sauce and filled with cream (3 per portion).

Homemade Fruit Pie  SEASONAL FILLINGS (10portions).

Cheesecake  Strawberry & Kiwi, Raspberry & White chocolate, Chocolate and Orange (12 portions).

Queen of Pudding – Stewed apples & raspberry glaze covered with a light sponge and topped with meringue delicious served warm. Made any size to suit number of guests.

Fresh Fruit Salad – any amount.

Maybe an Afternoon Tea Party:

Fairy / Cup Cakes  Blueberry, lemon, vanilla, chocolate, toffee, orange (Large Cake Tower or Cake stands available for loan to improve your table display).

Cream Scones  cherry, apricot, cranberry, sultana or plain, with whipped or clotted cream.

Gooey Meringue‘s  sandwiched together with toffee chocolate and whipped cream or Strawberries.
